Italian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breast, bones, split in half, slice paper thin flour seasoned with salt and pepper

  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten

  • 1/2 Tsp oil

  • 1 Cup Progresso Bread Crumbs

  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

  • 1/4 lb Margarine

Directions

Coat chicken in seasoned flour. Dip in egg mixed with oil. Coat with bread crumbs mixed with cheese. Set for a while or all day in refrigerator. Melt 1/4lb of margarine in fry pan and cook at low heat for 3 minutes on each side.

Serve with spaghetti and marinara sauce.
